2. Hosting of this website

This website is delivered via Cloudflare Workers. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you access the website, technically necessary connection data is processed, in particular your IP address, the time of access, the requested address, and browser and device information. This serves to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in operating the website securely and reliably.

We do not keep our own permanent records of individual page views and do not use marketing tracking. Technical data may be processed as part of the hosting provider’s infrastructure and security measures. Processing may take place outside the EU. Cloudflare describes the safeguards used for this, in particular standard contractual clauses, in its Data Processing Addendum. More information: Cloudflare privacy policy.

3. Contact by email

When you contact us, we process your email address, your name and the content you share in order to answer your request and to arrange a demo or the creation of a sample fixture. The mailbox is operated by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany.

For requests aimed at entering into a contract, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For general questions and for requests from contact persons at a company, we base the processing on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our interest in handling business inquiries.

We keep the correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your request and any follow-up questions. It is then deleted, unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate reasons for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims prevent this. Business correspondence subject to retention requirements is kept for the applicable statutory periods.

4. Contact form and test models

When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, topic and message and, if provided, your company. The data is processed via the hosting provider Cloudflare and sent in encrypted form via STRATO’s mail server to info@yuvaform.de. We do not additionally store form contents in a database of our own. Section 3 applies to the handling and retention of the message.

To limit automated requests, your IP address is briefly used for rate limiting when you send the form. The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is protecting the form against misuse. The legal basis for handling your request is set out in Section 3.

Test models are only accepted after prior agreement via an agreed transfer method. There is no file upload on this website. Please do not send personal or confidential model content without prior agreement. We clarify the purpose, scope of processing and any necessary retention before the transfer.

5. Cookies and embedded media

The website’s own code sets no cookies, uses no persistent browser storage and loads no advertising or analytics services. Images, fonts and videos do not require any embedded social media or video platforms. Linked external pages only open when you click them and are subject to the respective provider’s privacy information.

6. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

Right to object: You can object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. To do so, contact info@yuvaform.de.

You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg.

Contacting us is voluntary. Without a contact address we can reach and a description of your request, we cannot answer it. We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling.
