Beta · Fixture software for 3D printing

Your part is the blueprint.

YuvaForm turns your STL or STEP model into a print-ready fixture. Guided, with templates – and editable at any time.

01 — From geometry to fixture

Your part brings the shape. YuvaForm does the rest.

  1. 00
    Your part

STL or STEP. The geometry you already have is the starting point.

  2. 01
    Cavity Cut

Follows the contour – with 0.3 mm clearance and an insert chamfer.

  3. 02
    Embed depth

12 mm deep, 8 mm floor. Both fully adjustable.

  4. 03
    Screw points

4 × M4 with chamfer, size and head style of your choice.

  5. 04
    Label

Right on the body. No mix-ups at the workstation.

02 — The steps

Three steps to a file for your printer.

  1. 01

    Load your model

Open and align an STL or STEP file. From now on, the part is the reference for everything that follows.

  2. 02

Pick a template, check the preview

A saved template sets depth, side offset and clearance. The preview shows the fixture before it is built.

  3. 03

    Edit and export

Every step stays editable in the Browser. Then export as STL or STEP – or send it straight to your slicer.

03 — All in one interface

Ten workflows.
From fixture to composite mold.

  1. 01 / 10

    Dedicated Fixture

The fixture straight from your part: cavity cut, screw points, label.

  2. 02 / 10

    Profile Fixture

Precisely placed supports, extended down to a shared ground plane if you like.

  3. 03 / 10

    Frame Planning

Profile and tube frames with validated variants, diagonal braces and a bill of materials as CSV.

  4. 04 / 10

    Baseplate

Joins bodies with a baseplate – freeform outline, cutouts, inserts and splitting.

  5. 05 / 10

    Composite Mold

Two print-optimized mold halves from an editable parting line, with locators and fasteners.

  6. 06 / 10

    Contour Capture

Take a photo of your tools, get the contour – locally, even when tools cross each other.

  7. 07 / 10

    Kitting

Dimensionally accurate container inlays for production and order picking.

  8. 08 / 10

    Gridfinity

Baseplates and tool modules on the 42 mm grid, as a workflow of their own.

  9. 09 / 10

    Vacuum Fixture

Hole fields, channels, connectors (M5, G1/8, G1/4) and seal grooves straight from the cavity.

  10. 10 / 10

    Thermoforming Mold

Distributes vents and connects them through an adjustable channel system.

04 — The rest of the toolbox

Workflows are just the beginning.

Around them sits a complete toolkit for fixture design: model, equip, check, repair, output. All parametric in the Browser – and all editable.

A

Model

  • Sketch and Extrude
  • Body, Cylinder, Freeform, Offset Form
  • Combine and Split – by plane or sketch line
  • Open STEP assemblies or merge them
B

Equip

  • Screws with size and head style
  • Locator pins – even detected from STL holes
  • Magnets, heat-set and self-tapping inserts
  • Chamfers, text engraving, save material with Grid or Honeycomb
C

Check

  • Measure: distance, diameter, bounding box
  • Freely movable Section Analysis
  • Manufacturing checks against invalid dimensions
  • Errors name the cause and the next step
D

Repair meshes

  • Optimize STL while scan edges stay protected
  • Close Recesses from one direction
  • Snug-fitting template from a surface
  • Grid Copy for series
E

Output

  • STL and STEP (AP242)
  • Send to Slicer in one click
  • 1:1 Drill Template as PDF
  • Profile Bill of Materials as CSV
F

Show

  • Export the scene as a single HTML file (Offline 3D Viewer)
  • Your customer rotates and zooms it in the browser
  • Place it at its real spot in AR on a phone
  • No upload, no account

05 — Your data

No cloud. No upload.
No headaches for IT.

Desktop app for Windows

YuvaForm runs as a proper application on your computer – not in a browser on someone else’s server.

Models stay local

Parts, fixtures and sessions only leave your computer when you export them.

Works offline

Licenses and updates arrive as signed files. No always-on connection, no mandatory account.

06 — Built-in training

Learn while you’re already working.

A guide points to the next target. You click, YuvaForm checks the step and unlocks the next one. On a bundled sample part – no CAD experience needed. Reading manuals is so last season.

07 — Questions

Good questions.
Short answers.

Do I need to know CAD?

No. Guided workflows, templates and the built-in training get you there. If you do know CAD: even faster – every feature stays editable in the Browser.

Which files can I load?

STL and STEP, including multi-part STEP assemblies. Whether a geometry suits the fixture you have in mind depends on the part and the job – when in doubt, we’ll try it with your part.

Can I change the fixture later?

Yes. Every step ends up in the Browser. Values and positions can be changed afterwards, and individual features can be suppressed.

How does the result get to my printer?

As STL or STEP – or in one click straight to your slicer. You do the print preparation there, just like you’re used to.

Where do my models end up?

On your computer. YuvaForm is a desktop app and works locally. Nothing is uploaded to a cloud.

Is YuvaForm available in English?

Yes. The interface, training and messages are available in English and German, and you can switch the language in the settings at any time.

Can I buy YuvaForm yet?

YuvaForm is in beta and aimed at businesses. There is no public download yet. Request a demo or beta access – we’ll sort out license and terms with you personally.
